Fulfilment
Do I manage my own fulfilment?
No. We handle fulfilment for you — that’s why you JUST SELL.
Once you reach 500 products sold, we’ll provide you with an account to manage your own stock if you choose to.
Using Your URL
3. How do I use my URL?
Share your unique URL on social media, WhatsApp, or directly with people you know.
Any purchases made through your link will count toward your sales and commissions.
Selling Products
4. Can I sell the products on other platforms?
Yes. You can sell on other platforms — just make sure to use your Sponsor & Buy URL so your sales remain within the bonus cycle.
Payments & Commissions
6. How do I get paid?
When a customer buys through your URL, we track the sale and pay your commission once the sale is complete and the customer is satisfied.
7. How soon can I get paid?
You’ll receive your payment within 7–14 days after your sale is confirmed.
Pricing & Delivery
10. Do I have to charge the rate you suggest?
No. You set your own prices — however, we provide a recommended rate to help you maintain profitability.
11. What does the delivery cost include?
The delivery fee covers sorting, picking, packaging, and shipping.
How long does it take before I can start selling?
It typically takes 7–10 days to get set up and start selling.

12. Can I refer other people to join?
Yes! You’ll receive £5 when someone you refer goes live and makes their first sale.
